During the Mid-Autumn and National Day holidays, the weather was fine, drawing visitors from all over. Scenic areas were bustling with crowds, marking the peak tourist season of golden autumn in October. The Panshan Scenic Area made early plans and took proactive measures, fully ensuring leadership oversight, adequate staffing at every post, and sufficient cable-car capacity. It rigorously enforced management accountability, guaranteeing that personnel were on duty and services were delivered as expected.
