Every ordinary act of kindness, every warm greeting offered without hesitation, and every touching moment together form the deepest source of strength for the people of Panshan. By putting ourselves in the shoes of our visitors, striving to maximize their benefits, and addressing their concerns with care, the Panshan Scenic Area welcomes travelers from all corners of the globe, offering a beautiful landscape and an unforgettable experience.

The National Day holiday is drawing to a close, and all staff at Panshan Scenic Area have remained steadfast at their posts, welcoming every visitor with enthusiastic dedication and high‑quality, people‑centric, meticulously crafted service. With the sincerest of hearts, they have warmed the souls of each traveler, while acts of kindness and exemplary conduct have been frequently reported, earning widespread praise from tourists.
During the National Day holiday, the main traveler groups are family units and couples. Families traveling typically include both elderly and young members; some even set out as large groups of more than a dozen people, with seniors, children, and all sorts of luggage in tow. From getting on and off vehicles to riding cable cars, waiting in line to buy tickets, and stopping to take in the scenery and snap photos, every step requires hands‑on supervision—so much so that adults may forget about the kids, or answer a phone call only to turn around and find their little ones have wandered off again.
During this “double‑holiday” period, the Panshan Scenic Area has seen a variety of “creative” cases of children going missing. Each time the scenic area’s command center receives a call for help from parents, staff immediately coordinate with on‑site police officers and mobilize multiple agencies—including public security, sanitation, and armed police—using public announcements and video surveillance to locate the lost children.
