In light of the temperature conditions and the race schedule, the mandatory equipment requirements have been adjusted as follows: long-sleeve thermal top, thermal long pants, and taped waterproof pants (hardshell pants). For this event, Not a mandatory piece of equipment , athletes may decide for themselves whether to bring it, based on their personal comfort and competition requirements.

Race packets may be collected only by the registered participant; no third-party pickup is permitted.

(1) Only the participating athlete themselves may enter the item-collection area. Contestants must present the original valid identification document used during registration—such as a second-generation ID card, passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents—at the designated collection point and follow the prescribed procedures to collect their materials.

(2) Participants in the 40km and 70km categories are required to pay on-site when collecting their GPS devices. 500 yuan equipment deposit , After the competition, please return your equipment at the main venue’s [GPS Return Counter]. Once inspected and confirmed to be in good condition by on-site staff, The deposit will be refunded to the original payment method. . If the equipment is damaged or lost, the deposit will be deducted and will not be refunded.

(3) To ensure the safety of competitors during the competition, During packet pickup, all participants will be subject to a mandatory equipment check. Participants whose gear fails the inspection must make the necessary adjustments before they can collect their race packets. . Please ensure that all participants bring the required mandatory equipment to the race packet pickup location.

(4) Race apparel will be distributed at the race packet pickup location. Participants must collect their gear in the size they selected during registration.

(5) The timing chip is affixed to the back of your race bib. Do not fold the chip or remove the protective foam covering it; otherwise, your timed finish will not be recorded.
