On April 3, the China Tourism Scenic Areas Association’s “Joyful Consumption Season” and the opening ceremony of the 21st Tianjin Panshan Mountain Opening Festival were solemnly held at the New Mountain Gate Square of the Panshan Scenic Area in Jizhou, Tianjin. This grand cultural‑tourism event, which seamlessly blends time‑honored traditions with vibrant innovation, officially set off a spring tourism boom across the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region, injecting fresh momentum into Jizhou’s high‑quality cultural‑tourism development. 。

Opening ceremony venue

Zhang Jianyu, Secretary of the Jizhou District Party Committee, announced: “The 21st Tianjin Panshan Mountain Opening Festival is now officially open!” Leading officials jointly opened the mountain gate.

This event is jointly hosted by the Regional Collaboration and Cooperation Working Committee of the China Tourism Scenic Areas Association, Tianjin Yuyang Ecological Construction and Development Co., Ltd., and Beijing Zhixing Chegu Technology Co., Ltd., under the guidance of the China Tourism Scenic Areas Association, with coordinated support and implementation from relevant departments across Jizhou District.

Song Weilong, Director of the Jizhou District Bureau of Culture and Tourism, unveiled the theme of the Jizhou District Happy Consumption Season event.

Wang Haozhe, Deputy General Manager of Tianjin Binhai International Airport, and Zhu Jingqi, Deputy District Mayor of Jizhou District, unveiled the plaque for the “Aviation + Culture and Tourism” integrated development partnership.

Qu Yulun, founder of Beijing Zhixing Chegu Technology Co., Ltd., provided an overview of the Warm‑Car Festival event.

Deyun Society joins the Panshan Opening Festival, with one great performance after another.

The majestic opening drum performance, “Auspicious Heavenly Drum,” kicked off the festivities, igniting the entire audience. Following that, Deyun Society treated the crowd to three classic crosstalk acts and three quintessential drum‑music pieces; their witty lines and melodious singing drew continuous applause and enthusiastic cheers. Meanwhile, the live‑action production of “Qianlong’s Mountain Tour” made its debut, immersively re-creating a grand historical scene and allowing visitors to experience Pan Shan’s profound cultural heritage amid laughter and the timeless charm of tradition.

Unveiling of the Xu Xiake Milestone

Following the opening ceremony, the unveiling of the Xu Xiake Travel Milestone took place as scheduled. As a renowned traveler who once explored Panshan, his footsteps have been permanently etched into the landscape. This unveiling not only pays tribute to the inheritance of history and culture but also positions Panshan as a vital link between past and present in the realm of cultural tourism. 。

Scenic Area Opening Hours

Opening Hours : Open to the public all day: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM;

1. Every Monday morning, all cable cars are undergoing maintenance and unavailable for use (except on statutory holidays).

2. The specific completion time for maintenance will be subject to the park’s official notice. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

3. During special holidays or events, cable car maintenance may be postponed. For specific details, please call the scenic area’s ticketing hall at 022-29828186.

Experienced driver’s self-drive trip

Beijing direction Take the Airport Expressway–Jingping Expressway–Pan Shan Exit, and drive directly to the Pan Shan Scenic Area.

Tianjin direction Jinji Expressway—Exit at Panshan, Direct access to Panshan Scenic Area 。

Northeast direction Take the Beijing–Shenyang Expressway, then the Tianjin–Jizhou Expressway, and exit at Panshan. Direct access to Panshan Scenic Area 。

By train:

Beijing direction From Beijing Railway Station to Jizhou Railway Station, transfer to Bus Route 11, a tourist express line, which goes directly to Panshan.

Tianjin direction From Tianjin North Railway Station to Jizhou Railway Station, transfer to Bus Route 11, a tourist express line, which goes directly to Panshan.
