To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, to fully carry out the important arrangements for the integrated development of culture and tourism, and to further promote high-quality, coordinated regional cooperation among scenic areas, on January 16, the Third Working Meeting of the First Term of the Regional Cooperation Working Committee of the China Scenic Area Association, together with the Working Meeting of the Scenic Area Branch of the Tianjin Tourism Association, was successfully held at the Panshan Scenic Area in Jizhou District, Tianjin.

Yao Jun, Honorary President of the China Tourism Scenic Areas Association and Director of its Committee on Regional Collaborative Cooperation; Kan Yue, Supervisor-General of the China Tourism Scenic Areas Association; Dong Jian, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Beijing Olympic Center District Management Committee; Han Yixin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Jizhou District CPC Committee in Tianjin and Head of the Publicity Department; and Zhu Jingqi, Deputy District Mayor of the Jizhou District People’s Government of Tianjin, among other leading officials, attended the meeting. Representatives from the cultural and tourism authorities, industry associations, key scenic areas, universities, and enterprises across Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei—along with relevant experts and scholars—also took part, bringing together more than a hundred delegates to discuss new pathways for the integrated development of regional culture and tourism.

The meeting was chaired by Comrade Ding Jun, Deputy Director of the Beijing Olympic Central Zone Management Committee. The session featured in-depth discussions on topics such as the coordinated development of scenic areas in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region, innovative integration of culture and tourism, and the co‑creation of regional brands.

All attendees expressed their commitment to seizing this opportunity to further build consensus, deepen cooperation, and jointly advance the integration of culture and tourism across the three regions to broader domains, deeper levels, and higher standards, thereby writing a new chapter in the region’s coordinated development.
