Events We Hosted in 2023

To enrich Pan Shan’s tourism offerings and highlight its unique cultural identity, the Pan Shan Scenic Area has launched a series of distinctive folk‑culture events, catering to visitors’ desire for an in‑depth exploration of the region and enhancing their overall experience.

In 2023, we achieved strong synergy between online promotion and offline events. During this year’s Kaishan Festival, numerous internet celebrities and influencers visited Panshan to check in and shoot content—among them, 10 prominent KOLs with over a million followers, 20 with half a million followers, and more than 40 with 200,000 followers. On the day of the festival’s opening ceremony, media outlets such as Sina’s “Trendy Tianjin” and the Zhihui Jizhou app provided live coverage. Over 40 news organizations, websites, and WeChat public accounts—including China National Radio Online, Xinhua Net, People’s Daily, People’s Daily Online, China News Service, Tianjin News, Tianjin Daily, Tianjin Government Website, Jinwan Evening News, Northern Net, the “Jinyun” app, NetEase News, Sina Weibo, and Toutiao—jointly reported on the grand opening of the Panshan Kaishan Festival. Notably, Xinhua Net’s report drew an impressive 2.07 million views, while related videos ranked third on the local trending list on platforms like Douyin and Meituan, amassing a staggering 4.6 million views. 。

In 2023, we strengthened team building.

In 2023, we strengthened our workforce and enhanced the overall capabilities of our employees. The Panshan Scenic Area has consistently placed team building at the forefront, focusing on internal quality while cultivating a strong external image. The area has intensified management and training for its staff, firmly upholding the service philosophy of “putting visitors first and serving them wholeheartedly,” and striving to deliver “personalized, proactive service; standardized, consistent procedures; and streamlined, well‑defined workflows.” As a result, employees’ comprehensive competencies have been further elevated, their professional capabilities have been significantly bolstered, and both the scenic area’s services and its management have seen marked improvements.
