(Adopted at the Ninth Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Seventeenth Tianjin Municipal People’s Congress on March 29, 2019) Table of Contents Chapter I General Provisions Chapter II Basic Standards for Civilized Conduct Chapter III Management and Promotion Chapter IV Advocacy and Rewards Chapter V Law Enforcement and Penalties Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to cultivate and practice the core socialist values, promote civilized conduct, address uncivilized behavior, enhance the level of social civility, and build a modern, civilized, and happy Tianjin, this Regulation is hereby enacted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and in light of the actual conditions of this municipality. Article 2 This Regulation applies to the work of promoting civilized conduct within the administrative territory of this municipality.
